A fun book for fans of "shakaijin" Yuri
It's a great story with some fun characters. I read the original when it came out last year and was surprised how quickly it got an English translation! I hope to see more official releases of yuri with adult female characters. Nothing against schoolgirl yuri, but reading romances with coworkers/roommates/etc. is more fulfilling for me these days.

This marriage may prove to be more than mere convenience
I liked NTR Netsuzou Trap and now the creator has come up with a new volume. We have young career woman Machi. Her parents are pressuring her to find a successful man. A lesbian school friend, Hana, needs a place to stay and she suggests they enter into a union. She's always had a thing for Machi and Machi can really do a number on her overbearing parents. It seems civil unions are legal in parts of Japan (actual marriage, apparently not quite yet). At first, Machi sees the situation as one of convenience, but then, she realizes she likes having Hana in her life and Hana is giving her the strength to stand up for herself at work and to her mother. But Hana has an ex who might want her back and how does Machi really feel about the prospect of life with another woman? It proves to be a very nice story and I wish it could have gone on a few more volumes. After the main story is a short piece about two female student athletes who are having feelings for each other. Overall, a most charming yuri volume.

So sweet
Got a little emotional reading this one. It's pretty true to real life especially when family doesn't accept who you are and try to control who you are. Manga like this gives me hope for the future. I hope there will be more

Shouldn't be rated "Older Teen"....much too tame for that.
This is a story has no twists or turns. No drama. No surprises. The reader could finish the title and pretty much they'd have the whole story. My guess as to why the book was given the "Older Teen" rating is the LGBT story line which is a shame. I wouldn't have a problem with my younger teen child (of either sex) reading this. Actually I'd say a mature 12-13 year old is just about the target for this. As a 48 year old, I found it way too short as it only tiptoes across the tops of several ICEBERGS worth of subject matter.........but it could serve to start a conversation. The art is excellent. I bought the NTR series along with this and I'm looking forward to reading it.

A great mature but fun yuri book
The manga was really fun, but also dealt with self-confidence, homophobia, and parent expectation. It manage to be the somewhat whacky and fun as the premise of the title would have you assume. Being about a woman marrying her friend to get get her parents to stop bothering her about marriage. Its a fun premise that does go where you expect with the cliche romance you expect. But is done with lot of maturity and tackling some real issues along the way. Creating an entertaining and satisfying story.

Sweet and pretty non-problematic, but not very interesting
This is a sweet story. It wasn’t too problematic. It shows that same sex couples can now get civil partnerships in parts of Japan, which is true and important to show there is real hope. But, it’s just not a very interesting story. The characters are under developed, and there wasn’t much nuance to the story. If you love a good lesbian romance, that may not bug you. I know when I’m reading my favorite genre, I am super forgiving of stuff like that. But it’s not an extra special genre for me, and I was hoping for more.

Strong characterization, a well-paced plot, and excellent art make this yuri a winner
The artist-author's own description sums up this well done yuri manga: gentle romance, silly humor, and large breasts. Add to that strong characterization, a well-paced plot, and excellent art. Hana, who likes girls, has been best friends with self-centered Mutsumi most of her life, but his out little hope that her feelings will be returned. But Mutsumi, feed up with her parents' nagging, finally agrees to a civil partnership with Hana to just stop her parents from seeing her up with guys. But what starts out as an act of defiance by a daughter who has always tried living up to her parents impossible expectations ends with the realization that sweet, understanding Hana is really the person she's secretly wanted all along. Strong compositions reinforced by the rhythmic use of shape, value and a consistently confident line make this yuri a standout.

She’d some like on this title and my experience
So my goal was to get two of the worst rated manga I have seen battle royal isn’t bad I just have that because it came with my order of this book. But like I said my goal was to get two of the worst rated manga on here and I saw the reviews for this volume maybe about a year ago or longer so I wanted to read it because of the bad reviews after buying and reading I Married My Best Friend to shut my Parents up I think it was an okay read it’s not the worst thing you’ll read like people make it out to be nor will it be the best I think it matters what type of person you are. What your looking for and why your collecting it/buying it. If you go into it thinking your going to get some ground breaking story your going to be left feeling disappointed. I went into it thinking it would be bad and that’s because of the reviews I saw and I also watched a mangatubers reading log video and listened to there opinions on it. After reading it I think I disagree with other’s peoples opinions but then again this is all subjective. The two main girls Mori and Hana both seemed compelling enough to me for me to like there dynamic Mori was a person who didn’t really enjoy life because of certain situations that happened to her while Hana was upbeat and didn’t have to worry about hardship to much. I feel like Hannah as a character progresses the story along smoothly and helps makes Mori grow as a character. Hannah definitely was flawed writing wise forcing herself onto Mori but to me it didn’t come off as malicious is wrong yes did it work out at the end for me yes. I feel like the story tackled a lot of subjects for a one shot sadly because of it being a one shot it wasn’t able to really dive deep into what it wanted to portray and this probably would have been a better story if it had more volumes. Over all I think the dynamics between the two characters works and I felt I could believe there love story. Since it is a one shot don’t expect much and it’s also a pretty quick read I finished it under an hour. Overall I still enjoy it I think the art is great and it was a cute story i feel like more people should give this a shot.

Love is many things
Sometimes you need someone to help you and be there before you truly understand what you have been missing in your life. When her friend offers to do a sham marriage to stop her parents setting up dates for her sometimes that can turn to something bigger than you were ever expecting. Clean, beautiful and honest. A girl on girl love story that I am looking forward to reading again and again.

Great One Shot Yuri
Enjoyed the main story, art was great but the side story at end didn't really interest me or cared for so skiped over to the afterward by Kodama Naoko and was happy shes back creating manga after she did NTR! this is more light Kodama compared to NTR where there is soo much nudity in that series but here didn't bother me as I liked the characters and agreeing with them in situations that they were in. this is my first Yuri manga I've read that feature adult women with jobs so I think it was great start to see something different in Yuri!
