What is Amazon doing here? This is basically a photocopy, not a kindle edition. I can’t search in here, I can’t highlight, I can’t bookmark, I can’t take notes... It is also very difficult to read on either my phone or iPad as the text is very small. The only advantage of getting the book this way is the price. Amazon really needs to upgrade this edition. For that matter the sample is not helpful either. There is no table of contents, no illustrative content, only multiple prefaces.

This book is full of artworks.I did not like the Kindle version, it shows only photos of pages, it does not show the table of contents to choose the page that you want to go.The limitations of the digital edition does not diminish the creative genius of the author. I prefer the printed copy edition instead.It is a great book, I recommend it.

Returned item. Just a book with recipes. Nothing really exciting about it. Overpriced for what it has in it. Need more information about technical and science aspects about bread, not just a recipe book.

Livre magnifique !Les photos bien-sur, mais surtout le travail et la maîtrise qu'il a fallu en amont pour présenter ces pains à l'objectif.Des fiches de fabrication très précises et détaillées.Il faut toutefois une connaissance minimum des techniques de boulange pour apprécier et mettre en oeuvre.Pour les amateurs avertis comme pour les pros, ce livre appelle au dépassement et à l'excellence.Bref, il ne manque que le téléphone des auteurs pour pouvoir échanger à bâton rompu.

Magnifique livre sur la boulangerie
Ce livre avant tout réservé aux professionnels et aux amateurs éclairés de la boulangerie est un chef d'oeuvre. J'ai d'autant plus de plaisir à l'avoir acquis quil a été rédigé par mon maitre d'apprentissage a l'INBP de Rpuen Jean Marie Lanio. Je le recommande vivement à toutes personnes souhaitant progresser dans le metier ainsi qu'aux amateurs de beaux ouvrages.
