I was looking for a strong, secure and above all, waterproof storage container that would take small valuables, i.e. £20 bank notes, new £1 coins and other items such as foil packed tablets. Well I wasn't disappointed, this capsule fits the bill exactly.I kid you not, it is built to withstand a nuclear explosion, it is virtually indestructible, so no fears if a main battle tank should drive over it.This item is well built and made to last, I'm perfectly happy with this purchase.

The large hole on the cap is much more convenient than a split ring hole. Also makes the cap really easy to turn. I like that the cap screws externally to the barrel so no reduction in storage width and protection for the o-ring. Really sturdy and being aluminium not excessively heavy but be aware it sinks even when empty.

Big enough to be useful. Big enough to be findable inside a bag. Small enough to carry easily and be unobtrusive. Good and sturdy, and takes lots of stuff. I like the fact that it's labelled "EDC Outdoor" and not a non-intuitive company name/logo. I'm using it either inside or attached to my outdoor everyday carry (EDC) for those potentially useful but small emergency items e.g. safety pins, hair grips (not for hair), rubber bands, paper clips (i.e. adjustable wire).

This was bought to carry money or tablets in. while camping. It hold 22 £1 coins and is waterproof.It is so good, i have recently ordered another one.

bought to put rollups in to keep dry when at work or fishing but a bit too short internally.great quality and looks like you could drive your car over it with no damage! solid,good aluminium and well machined, would recommend .

I lowered this box into 70 meters of fresh water for about 15 minutes. When I brought it to the surface and opened it,was perfectly dry inside. This is a good result but it's a pity the manufacturer doesn't test several of them and give them an official depth rating.
