When I ordered this book, which is a wonderful book and learning tool, I wasn't supposed to receive it until almost two weeks after my class started. I contacted the seller through Amazon and asked if there was a way to open the book to study ahead until I received my book. Lo and behold, they delivered it the day before class started. Thank you so much and I really like this book and it's information and easy to understand explanations.

This book is well laid out, and easy to read. Very helpful, and factual for those who want to study phlebotomy (blood letting). A must have for all phelobotomists.
