Adorable way to prop the washer door open!
We love our "fat policeman" as the kids call him (because they have no idea who the Maytag Repairman is). Yes, his face and any of the painted decorative features WILL COME OFF over time. Those elements are painted on with some sort of latex paint that will peel off of this squishy piece of foam. But, functionally, he's GREAT. The magnet inside has never come exposed, and does just what it's intended to do: his feet stick to the inside of the door frame, and he props the washer door open. It's adorable, easy to use, and I smile every time I pick him up.

So Cute and Functional
We were using a bungee cord to hold our washer door partly open. Then I found this cute guy. He reminds me of the Maytag repairman from the commercials. Funny because I just bought my first Maytag washer and dryer recently (after buying this). The only suggestion is to please add a magnet to the top of his head too. Our washer door wants to open a little more so we hot glued a magnet to his head and it magnetizes to a screw int he washer door. the washer is level according to our "level".

Love this little guy!
Works great! Just as described. uncomplicated, small , and inexpensive and depending on where you place it you can leave the door just a little bit open or up to half way open. Yeah he is a little buddy for sure!

Does the job
I always hated leaving my washer door open because of where my washing machine is situation. We often would hit the door causing it to swing hard hitting something else. But if we closed it, not tight, it would smell. This was a great solution! The little guy sticks pretty good, good enough anyway. I wish it had just a but more suction power then I would have given it all 5 stars. But even then, it sticks well enough to get the job done and will be recommending to others.

Great product & a great company!
I LOVE this little man. He does exactly what he is supposed to do ~he keeps the door propped open to allow air to circulate in the washing machine to prevent mildew. My laundry room opens into the garage so there is a lot of traffic through the room & the washer door was always getting closed. Not anymore! This is a great product!I had an issue with my first order & I could not be more pleased with how it was handled. The company was prompt, polite & had my new little man in the mail the next day along with a bonus. This company is awesome!

Awesome gift and useful!
My husband is always looking for a rope dog toy to use in the washer to hold it open. But if course, the dogs take off with it as often as they can.So when I saw this little guy I knew he would be a fun and useful gift for my husband!It works perfectly!Of course, it's useful for the whole family. But my husband is there most delighted.And when the washer is being used he stays magneted to the top of the washer.Buy one, you will love it!

Awesome product!
I purchased this because I needed a solution to keep our front-loading washing machine from growing mold. This has been the perfect solution! The magnet has been strong enough and it sticks to the top of the washing machine when we are running a load of laundry. I’m pleased with is product.
