I wanted something catchy for the kids on my table at book events. This applause button was just what I was looking for. Kids love it and so do I. Of course anyone can find 101 uses for the applause button. Best to get one and have it on hand...

I was disappointed when receiving it from Amazon - I was hoping it was an actual legit buzzer/button you would be able to hit like in a game show. Well, it's much smaller than that.I am using it on a Scrum board to make our Daily Scrum meetings a little more exciting. Our team gets to hit this button whenever the move stories to the DONE column.I used double sided foam mounting tape to stick it to the White Board. This means you have it constantly "ON", but it looks like the battery is holding up pretty good. It's on there for about 3 months now.

This product looks great... but it's not. Was expecting something like the "easy button" size but this is much smaller. I ordered two and both have very poor sound quality. It sounds more like annoying static and feedback than applause. You have to work to figure out what the noise is supposed to be.I don't see people laughing with this or even using it much because it is straight annoying noise.Good product concept. But something is not good in the design and sound.

I bought this for my husband who's an acting coach. He LOVED IT & said this is definitely going to the studio. Just don't be a dweeb like I was - there's an on/off switch on the bottom side that I didn't find until I grabbed a magnifying glass. Pathetic, I know, but when I received the button, I didn't think it worked! 😒

I have it 3 stars because it does what it is supposed to do.But the recording sounds the same as one of those really old recorded sound effects they used on the radio or something and it is way too long (it looses the humor pretty quickly while you wait for it to finish) and I'm not sure what it says about size but it is actually about half the size of the "easy" button.

The product is much smaller than I had anticipated -- but it's my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. I had expected something along the lines (in size) of a Big Mac. Instead, it's the size of a mini-slider. But it works as advertised and it got here on good time.

Serves its purpose

I wish I had read more of the reviews. This is a tiny little thing (less than 2 inches) that DOES NOT WORK! It arrived with the switched turned on, so I spent another $8 dollars to replace the 3 button batteries. I could only hear the 1-second noise if there was absolutely NO ambient noise, and only if i actually put it up to my ear. The "applause" is just the sound of static, like on a bad TV channel. I returned it immediately. Thank goodness for Amazon's good return policy.
