Likes: helped me to go through the process of relationships in my life in a specific mannerDislikes: None!!!Who would benefit?: especially good for people who are not in a relationship because you need to only think about yourself and your experience without wanting a current situation to work out. Process is very confidential because you are going through this by yourself and being brutally honest is helpful because each chapter leads you to have the mindset for the upcoming questions. I did this and found I was rejecting the right kind of person for me. When my future spouse entered my life; I dated and found the best person for me. Married 13 years now and never regretted this book. So Glad I purchased this book. It was an Oprah book and I saw the interview with the author after I purchased and read the book. Spot on!!!
