excellent product
My doctor recommended this product to me. It is a little bit more expensive than other daily multiple vitamins but the quality and quantity of vitamins included in the pills far exceeds most vitamins. I was able to eliminate some supplements I was taking simply because they were already covered in this product. I do not like swallowing pills so I was happy to eliminate other supplements. I feel it also helps me with menopause symptoms. Great product and I will continue to purchase this.

My Dr. recommended this particular product..however,I am unable to take the full doseage of 4 tabs per day. The amount of magnesium in it causes me to have diarrhea, so I am only able to tolerate 2 tabs per day. Ohterwise, great product but very hard to find locally!

wonderful product
A physician friend of mine recommended these vitamins for me. I had at least 15 hot flashes and night sweats per day. After 1 1/2 weeks of taking the vitamins, I no longer have any symptoms. It's great to be able to sleep through the night!

great multivitamin
Good Multi vitamin. Has almost everything in it. The only problem I had was that it tends to upset your stomach when taking the full dosage. That hasn't deterred me from taking it.
