POWER FAILURE TWICE
I bought this product and was initially pleased by it's performance and features. However, the power went out on this item and it would not turn back on. It only comes with a USB cable and they do not offer a traditional plug in option. I returned the item and bought it again thinking maybe I did something wrong. The second portable air unit failed just after a few days! I emailed the manufacturer to no avail. Not even an email response. I do not recommend this product or manufacturer.

Hard pass
The product arrived used and damaged from China. Not the same packaging as shown which was odd. It had been previously returned and used bc there was water damage. Flimsy when I tried using it. Just buy a normal fan.

Disappointed
It worked for 4 days and stopped!!! Never felt cool air out of it? Will call the help line- but I’m returning it unless a replacement works like gold! Very disappointed.

Efficiency of product
This unit does not generate enough cold air to be called a air cooler

Not a portable air conditioner
This thing is trash . Cheaply made . Fan blows very light . It's not as described " portable air conditioner " dont waist your money . Btw the 1st one was defective and the 2nd one like mentioned was garbage

Horrible waste of money would not recommend to anyone doesn't generate any type of breeze !!!!!
