I don't generally review products such as this; however, I am a big fan of this product and the time in which I received it (please disregard other reviews that complain about the timeframe of receiving this product, as it clearly states on the page that the product can take up to two weeks to be received).I researched the cheapest method of buying the 310 Shake powder, and this is by far the cheapest way to go that I could find. I have been doing two shakes per day and I am very happy with the results! I have not lost 10 or anything like that; however, I can attest to the fact that I feel great and have noticed some results already.Obviously, the best way to utilize this product is with exercise and eating a healthy amount of fruits and vegetables alongside it; I assume based upon my initial results, that, if this is done consistently for a month or more, that the consumer will be very pleased.I don't really care about the shaker cup or the hunger suppressant; they are fine and all, but I just bought this for the protein shake powder. I personally would remove these trappings and decrease the price of the product I actually desire (but this does not affect the quality of the product).

The shakes were great and I loved that I could choose the variety pack and get 4 different flavors (so I don’t get tired of them!). Salted Caramel is my favorite flavor. I like to mix it with iced coffee and a splash of milk. Mocha is probably my second favorite flavor. I didn’t really care for the chocolate, but it tasted better when mixed with my iced coffee.My only issue was with the free shaker bottle. I’ve had them less than 3 weeks and the lid already broke. The flip top part didn’t seem to open and closed as easily as the bottle I got when I ordered from the actual 310 website and today the plastic cracked when I tried to open it after shaking. I don’t know if I just got a bad one, but that’s why I only gave 4 stars.

This is great. I love this product. I have had better tasting shakes, but they are full of artificial ingredients, and other yuck that I don't need in my body. I feel great and I have been using the product for a week. Due to some health issues, my doctor had me switch to this brand because I needed more complete nutrition than my other brand was offering. I highly recommend....(the vanilla is better than the chocolate.)

Shipment came fast!!Everything was intact and packaged nicely 👍🏼It will be great to try other flavors since the only one I have tried is chocolate which is A-Mazing!!I LOVE 310!!

I have only been drinking the shakes (for breakfast and lunch) for two days and I already have more energy. Product is very high quality and the taste is great!

My wife and I are losing weight with this product replacing two meals everyday, I don't feel as hungry as I imagined I 'd feel and is very useful to me in job hours, I work about 10 hours and I feel great; if I start to feel hunger i eat almonds, pecan and pistachios and it's enough for me.

A meal replacement should taste good and suppress your hunger. So far this does not suppress hunger and it does not taste good. It has a very chalky taste.

I love the taste of the chocolate flavor. Although I’m not a very big fan of the caramel flavor so I was not able to finish it this is a healthy and great meal replacement if you want to lose weight and stay healthy. The additional shaker it’s a good plus for the package.
