Great hammer with the option to change out the heads. Make sure to periodically check that the heads are screwed on good - theu can come loose as you hammer.

I wish it was a little heavier

Novice Silversmithing and works great and actually makes for 10 or 12 hammers you would need to do all the things this hammer can do. I have ran it to the Maxxx. Put it through the ringer. It has had good use and still working great , recommend it and would buy again 5 stars

Hammer is pretty solid. Has several different textures! My only complaint is the condition my package arrived in. Pretty sure this was a return. Plastic was torn and all the pieces were scattered in wrapping.

This item was not only already opened and not put back together correctly and there was a piece missing out of it. I want to choose for myself whether I get used items and get some kind a discount for the items if they are used. Second item I got today that was a mess.

Meh. Very low quality. The striking faces are poorly made, roughly finished. The handle is hollow (!) and screws onto the head, loosely, so that the head unscrews. The rings that hold on the hammer faces need a well-cut coarse thread, and a knurled perimeter; instead they have super fine thread and a slick bezel so you can't get a grip when they cross thread, which they really want to do because of the fine, poorly cut threads. Pretty disappointing. Do I want to loctite the handle, clean up the striking faces, and try to live with the rest? Awful cheap plastic handle, too. Ought to be way better for the price. Ugh.

As you can see the metal texture head didn’t stand up to 6g sterling silver wire, and the hammer head had to be re-attached after one use. Obviously not good quality steel. Would not recommend to anyone who does a lot of texturing in their work.
