Xpel is very effective. Within seconds of drinking this, my heartburn goes (and most importantly stays) away. Unlike Tums, I don't have to keep taking this throughout the day to keep my heartburn at bay. I will definitely be buying this again when I run out. 1/2 a scoop is all I use and a few sips and I feel back to normal.

Horrible taste, way too salty, could not drink it

I have been using this a few years. This stuff works for me either preventively if I am anticipating middle of the night reflux or post reflux. It puts out the fire. I don't waste time mixing it with water. Dump it on my tongue and wash it down. Get-R Done. Bought 4 paks this time. Mr. Brock also sent a nice free gift in the shipment too!
