This is excellent for post arm lift surgery
This is excellent for post arm lift surgery, I ordered a large due to swelling & the fit is perfect! I ordered this one and the Annette Womens Arm Sleeve Compression, both are great but the Annette is more comfortable for sleeping, I wear this one during the day.

Painful compression garment
Very uncomfortable after surgery. I had to be cut out on this. Sizing is way of. Absolutely no stretch. Due to the fit, it blistered my skin. This was an extremely uncomfortable compression garment.

Returned
I just had a brachioplasty and needed a compression garment for my upper arms. I ordered a bunch to try. This was a finalist, but I didn't like the velcro on the outside of the sleeves as it kept catching on my tshirts. I did like the velcro that held it in place across the chest and abdomen, more than the hooks of the others. Because this was double the price of the similar Larrycard one, I returned it. I sized way up to an XL (I am a solid PM in tops) and it was plenty supportive.

Good product.
I do like this product. But, I had to cut the Velcro piece out of it because it was irritating my skin. After I did, it’s perfect. I had excess skin removed from my arms after a 200 lb weight loss. I started using this for compression right after my stitches came out.

Velcro ruins everything
This top with the velcro down the arms is the worst product I've ever used post arm surgery. The velco will catch on your expensive clothing, your expensive bed covers, etc. I woke up to find the velcro had attached itself to my expensive silk bedspread. I pulled my arm off, and the velcro broke the silk fibers, so now I have fuzzy patches on the bedcover. The velcro caught my expensive blouse on the back. I ruined it when I tried to carefully peel the blouse off the velcro on the arm. My blouse has a patch of broken fuzzy fibers now. Putting velcro on the sleeves was the stupidest idea. If you need tighter arm sleeves, buy a size smaller of a compression top with NO velcro.

Well made, compression just right bonus that it's adjustable. Recommend giving it a try.
I purchased this to wear post brachioplasty surgery. I actually wear it for a few hrs daily-since I try to change my compression garment a few times a day-since each one fits differently. The velcro in front if great for keeping tension under the front armpit. This is a hard area to compress with other garments on the market. I wear a rash guard/light weight long sleeve spandex underneath, since the velcro can be a little scratchy around the torso and top -but I love this garment. It's possible to wear this after surgery then as the swellling goes down you can close up the velcro on the arms. Its nice that it's adjustable BUT it will leave a line or slight bump atop your arm that can be seen. I bought the garment in black and then wear a black loose shirt on top and it's not as noticable but I mainly just wear this at home and even at night if I am really hurting. I am 5'0" 135 lbs and heavier on top. The sleeve goes right to my wrist bone--perfect since I was having edema(swelling) in my lower ams and this came down farther. It's worth the price- some of the garments are way more expensive and I have not been as happy as I am with this one.
