This clock is nice and sleek but an hour after setting this clock up, we noticed it was stuck at the 45 minute mark. My husband changed the battery and it worked fine until it hit the 45 minute again and got stuck. Not sure why it gets stuck at that minute. There were no instructions in the box. We already tossed the box so we can't return it.UPDATED REVIEW: We fixed the clock! It works great now. My husband realized the hands did not have enough room to move at the 45 minute mark, that's why it was always getting stuck. He simply bent the hands out a tiny bit and now it works great! No need to find a new clock.

I bought the aluminum wall clock for my mom as a gift. She used it as the center of her "picture clock". She put pictures of her kids for each hour hand. It turned out great! The clock part seems like it is pretty low quality, but it keeps time good enough for what she needs it for. Even if the clock died it wouldn't matter because it is like piece of art work on the wall. The aluminum wall clock uses one battery. I think it holds triple a battery's. She has had it for about 6 months now and it has been keeping time pretty well and have not had to replace the battery. When I was hanging it up it fell off the wall a few times (about a 5 foot drop) and it didn't break, so it's pretty durable.I recommend this product for anyone to use. It is a great gift idea!

Okay, I am going to start out by saying it wasn't exactly what I expected, but I liked them even better in person. I think the picture is a bit bad, they don't look like a beautiful glossy black, which is what they are (I think the word aluminum throws it off), but I LOVE the black. I use these silver/black photo frames with them, and I still think they look incredible with those frames. I was leaning towards the aluminum/silver color because of the accents in the frames, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE the black. I haven't put a battery in it yet to know how well it works, but I have had clock hands similiar before (not near as nice of quality) and they worked great. The quality on this is incredible very nice!

Great for projects like placing pictures at each "number" position to make a collage-clock. However, it is hard to hold the clock and set the time because then your fingers on the hand that is holding the clock are bumping into the moving hands, etc. Just a little awkward. I also dropped it while hanging it up (missed the hole for the nail), and the hour hand got bent pretty badly--very very flimsy metal. I was able to bend it back into shape mostly, but just keep an eye out for that when you're hanging it up.

I read all kinds of negative reviews about this clock and almost didn't buy it. Not so. I've had only good experience - it is a bit flimsy as some say but what does one expect for this price? Nice wall clocks usually don't come this cheap. It's cute, keeps time very well so far (only had it a week) and is super easy to hang - just take care not to bend the hands. I'm very happy with this. It's unobtrusive and the white looks sleek on my taupe kitchen wall. I've had other small, inexpensive battery operated clocks and this seems to work just as well.

Great clock! Keeps accurate time. If the hour hand is loose, simply gently press it more firmly onto the stem. It's easy to do. All analog clocks are made this way and have been for centuries. The hands all ride on the center stem. You just need to make sure they're seated firmly.I put my clock on the wall without anything to indicate the numbers. I love the way it looks with just the hands. I don't need numbers to be able to tell what time it is, and the simplicity of a clock without all the fluffly junk around it is so elegant, and it's a great conversation piece!
