I spent a lot of time going through all different kits, and decided on this one, it has a few added extras compared to other brands, what I liked was the digital display so you can tell your wax has reached the correct temp, I had one without a digital display and it was always guess work, which is an absolute pain. This one comes with collars too, I would suggest putting the paper collar down first then the little metal tub with wax in makes it so much easier and sits flush, what is great about this is when you use your wooden spatula to spoon out the wax, it does not go all over the machine and it all the crevices. The wax beads that come with the set has a very light fragrance which is nicer than the the smell of just melted wax, so far I am mega happy with this purchase, and I would advise anyone planning to buy your own waxing kit to pay a little extra and get one with a digital display it will save you a lot of frustration!

The media could not be loaded.  My wife wanted to start waxing at home so we went for a starter kit, this one came with a bundle of accessories that included wax too so it actually saved a bit on supplies, its simple too operate, place a ring collar onto the heater (it stops wax getting everywhere) pop the wax beads into the removable pot, place pot into Heater, turn heater to max, once it reaches temperature (which is displayed on the read out) you then drop it down to whichever temp suits you best. She's actually said it was easy to use right off the bat so really not disappointed with this one.If you appreciate my comments or pic / video please let me know by clicking helpful below

The machine is easy to use with simple instructions, but could be used without these. Basically pop in your wax, melt it and use it. The lid can be put on and wax left to harden, ready to be melted and used again in the future.This kit came with a melting machine, a few bags of wax, the spatulas for spreading the wax and even a little pouch with tweezers and nail clippers in. Overall it was well worth the money, especially if you think of what your saving by doing it at home yourself, rather than paying a salon.The main and really only downside to this product is the wax that it comes with. When i have my eyebrows done professionally, i can't even feel the wax being removed, it's very gentle. The wax in this kit however is very harsh and you most definitely know it's being removed!! I checked with my salon and they use something called flexiwax, which i have bought separately.So other than the wax, the rest of the kit is brilliant and i would recommend it

The media could not be loaded.  I am happy with the product. Hope it lasts long as it's not cheap. Otherwise, it warms up the wax in about 10mins (in a liquid format) which is safe for the skin.

I have been waxing for almost 20 years, always purchasing a pot from Boots. I don't know why I have not brought an electric one before it's amazing. Well worth the price, you get a lot for your money. Easy to use and you won't need to purchase the cloth strips to remove the wax, you just pull it off with your fingers. AMAZING right!!!Look no further and get this. Honestly the best purchase since my ipad lol

I decided to buy this as a last resort before thinking about permanent hair removal. I have very stubborn hair that is not easy to remove and grows back within a day. Super annoying. I've tried regular shavers (both men and women), electric ones, wax strips, cream, hard and soft wax. Nothing works, it doesn't remove the hair. The only thing that has worked is a regular shaver but it only lasts a day and I can't shave again for at least 4 days as it becomes painful. Has anyone else had this problem?

It was hard to gage the correct temperature for my skin. It hurts like hell to remove the wax. When the hair eventually starts to return I got bumps and spots all over my skin in the area I used the wax on. The wax supplied is not a soft variety, but quit hard. Im not sure how its meant to be tho. It is difficult to remove the wax from the pot with the pallet knife or stick. But I guess it would with any melting pot. The accessories are plentyful. Can't complain about those. The look and useability of the machine feels all in all quite cheap. Again from the photo you cant tell, but when you start using it, you wonder when the thing will pack in, due to its cheapness of its components & parts. Only used it once so far. Still have hair, so more testing required.

Bought to replace my old wax pot that decided to blow up and take the breaker with it. Really easy to use, comes with everything you need. Has a temperature indicator on the front so you know how hot the wax is. The wax that comes with it doesn't hurt to pull off, others I've tried kind of sting but these wax beads weren't as bad for some reason. Good quality wax too, 98% off hair came off on the first pull.
