First time purchaser of product, received order on 02.19.2024 and it is lumpy. Comes out smooth mixed with lumps that have to be picked off your skin because they will not blend in. Purchased based on a friend's recommendation who did not have this problem. Disappointing experience.

I usually love this product and use it on clients. It takes away redness and calms the skin, I'm not sure if this is a counterfeit product but it didn't smell the same and was grainy.

The product arrived timely but had chunks in it and had an off putting odor. I contacted the manufacturer which stated that the product had been sold by Amazon and something went wrong in the way it may have been stored. I did get my money back from Amazon. I then ordered the product from another company and it is fine.

Nothing I dislike.Product works great for ingrown Hair and dark areas.My new go to for moisture

Works a lot better than I expected it to! Just one application really reduced the redness of ingrown and razor bumps.p

I liked the product but it stained the towels at our spa. Nasty yellow stain. Had to throw them away.
