All of my balloons are Brand New. The balloons are as pictured. All the balloons are double sided, the same picture is on the front and back. All my balloons are BRAND NEW deluxe helium quality from the manufacturer. My balloons are not filled, you can fill at your local grocery store, discount store, or florist, or rent a helium tank from your local party store or welding company. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall or attach balloon sticks. Please note that latex will only last about 8-24 hours, so best to inflate those just prior to your party, although actual float time varies. Hit or Miss
Loved the colors and look they gave. However I ordered 2 bags and only half out of each one blow up. The half that did blow up, a nice amount of those deflated by the time of the party that afternoon. Im glad I over purchased and brought 2 packs or else I would've out of luck.

Jungle theme?? These are so good.
I bought these for my sons first birthday. It was a jungle theme so they went very well in the theme. Its been more than a month but few of the balloons are still there which i blew at the time of the party. Surprising! He still plays with them. Totally recommended.

Great Product
I wish there were more vendors a with a higher quantity. Purchased this for a fair to sell and the kids loved it. would have preferred paying under $10.00 seeing that i only got 50 balloons. I ordered 100 polka dot balloons for 6.99 so I wasn't too stoked about ordering these.

good quality for the price & cute
I think these were good quality for the price. We used almost all of them and only had one pop (maybe we filled it up to high). I'm happy with them and would buy them again if needed. Oh, they were cute, too! I was so happy they shipped and arrived SO FAST!! =)
