Type "C" is designed for cap type mag extensions such as found on the Mossberg 590 and 590 A1. This will also fit most factory Remington mag tube caps as well as the Winchester 1300 Defender mag cap. It is designed to work with an equal barrel to mag tube ratio. This will NOT fit the Mossberg 500 or Maverick 88, although we do have those options in our other listings. This device is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and anodized black matte. Our brand is laser etched on the device but can be camouflaged with a black marker. Each unit will come with all assembly hardware, including a 1.0 ml package of VC3 Threadmate, and installation instructions. Our devices simply sleeve your existing mag cap or tube, and attach with included hardware. This is one of the most inexpensive and versatile options you can add to your shotgun! The "C" has an OAL of 2.825", a major OD of 1.440" and a stand off length, measured from base of the mag cap to the ends of the teeth, of 2.825". This is a machined device, and as such, machining marks may be present on some items. This in no way detracts from its designed purpose or overall appearance.
