The voucher code they provided inside the box does not work. The box was still shrink-wrapped and sold directly by Youth Digital, so there is really no excuse.

Great and interesting way to challenge my gifted child (or anyone for that matter). The instruction is engaging. My only complaint is that when my son asks the help desk a question on a Saturday, he doesn't always get a reply until Monday and he is usually at a stand still.

Great video tutorial. I have a child with autism, who loves the graphical animation series, and I caught myself learning the course with my son. The presentation is geared for a young age level of 8 to 14, which actually helped me a "54" Year old grasp the concepts as I worked with my son through the material. The video presentation has a twist of child like humor that made the learning experience meaningful, and yet fun way to learn.

Not impressed..got this for mt daughter on Christmas and cant get it ro download and not getting the support as.promised...

The voucher code is not valid. Scam?Update...We finally got in touch with Youth Digital. "Apologies on the issues you are experiencing. You aren't doing anything incorrectly. We had a production issue and the vouchers that were printed were incorrect. Please use this new voucher:..."Perhaps they were understaffed due to the Christmas holiday, as it took about a week & a follow up from us to get a response. Post New Year's weekend, during business hours, their response time is excellent.My 11 year old now has the lessons underway and with proper expectations about the code issues and business hours customer service, I would recommend this product.

perfect for my 14 yr old daughter just starting out in 3d animation. used as a supplement for science class. keeps her interested and engaged. neat animation projects
