Beautiful!! Very white-white fur, suede or natural back, not lined. Hair is long and curly and lustrous. Makes nice, light weight rug or throw across the foot of the bed. Fur is not as thick as sheepskin, but is thick enough to be used as a rug. It is longer and curlier than sheepskin fur. You will have fewer curls but more thickness and lots of fluff if you brush it out. I’d ordered it more from curiosity than need. I have a new, two pelt, sheepskin rug that I absolutely love. It is heavy and thick, perfect for bedside use. I also use my white Mongolian lamb as a rug, but in a less heavily traveled area. Looks very luxiorous if shaken out and laid over a quilt at the foot of a bed.p.s. there was a very slight odor from the cleaning fluids used, I assumed, when I first opened the package. But when shaken well and aired out, it dissipated. Now, 4 months later, there is absolutely no odor whatsoever.

The pelt came with a strong, horrible smell. Even the UPS driver complained! I tried their suggestions to fix the odor without success. Then they suggested to take it to the dry cleaners but they said it’ll probably cost $90, and there’s no guarantee it would work. Ive purchased a pelt before and did not have any problem with it at all. I’ve asked for a refund/ return so hopefully they will make it right. I’ll follow up.
