Worked well, (mostly)
I bought this air bag jack to change a flat tire on a 11,000 dual axle camping trailer. I recently had abdominal surgery and could not handle a big jack. This air bag jack is light weight and easily maneuvered under an axle. The supplied exhaust hose to use the truck exhaust to inflate the bag, turned out to be useless for my pickup truck. The adapter sleeve that should go over the exhaust pipe is too small for my 3/4 ton truck with a gas engine. Definitely would not work with a diesel engine exhaust. But, it was easy to move, the adapter to the air compressor worked well and when I was done it deflated and stored back in it's bag quickly. And it lifted that axle off the ground fairly easily. I think it would do the pickup truck more easily in the event of a flat tire or getting stuck. I am impressed with it. I will follow up if needed.

Fair for the price.
I purchased this with the expectation of never using the exhaust tube to fill it up, but even still I'm not sure how well it would have worked. The funnel/adapter is some sort of fabric with a hose clamp to attach to the exhaust. The hose was taped to the adapter - not very impressive.I used an air compressor and it works well. At 15psi it started to lift the wheel of my Grand Cherokee. It took about 18psi before the wheel was off the ground.I'm planning on using this in the sand and snow and I think it will be fine for what I need. If I was planning any serious off-roading I would probably spend more for a better product.
