You don't need this grief - move on
Have owned similar tools for perhaps a decade. So I expect problems with media players. They seem routinely buggy until end of life....That said, I feel Cloud Media should have done better here. This video chip is excellent - but it's rendered almost unusable by their buggy firmware.Our unit is now in a drawer waiting for Cloud Media to finally deliver a working product.

Get it works great.
Has problems with the sound on truehd soundtracks still has a lot of bugs. Update as of May 5 2016 they have been some firmware updates big improvements solid machine now. Would recommend.
