This is a bendable E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial action figure, which was a promotion during the 20th anniversary of the movie. It is to scale with most 3 3/4" figures (such as Star Wars figures), which is the coolest thing about it. It was a promotional item from Kraft Macaroni & Cheese.

The box itself was not in good shape if was ripped on the bottom the ET figure was fine I bought this as gift luckily to my son but if it was for some one else I could not of been to give that gift because of the condition of the box
