Does the job
Fits perfectly, although I'm a smallish guy, 5'7, 155 lbs. Does the job, could be a little thicker though.

Liked that you can adjust the straps and perfect length. No more damaging clothes.
Liked that it was light and easy to put on and take off.

Great fit, value
Got it a few days ago, mostly wanted "simple" and it is. Being tall, over 6' without any adjustment right away, from chest to feet, guessing 6" to my feet standing up, covers/protects better than I thought. For what it's made for in my mind, I couldn't be happier. Ironically I do wood working and welding, (yea dangerous combination) keeps the wood shavings from clinging to my clothes and weld spatter from burning me. Light weight for being whatever type of leather, but it's real leather, likely from china but what isn't? LOL.I highly recommend this leather welding apron (all purpose, really) ordered a 2nd already just so I'm not "without" if supply runs out or slow getting here.

a decent product
the leather isn't as thick as my welding jacket, but this was also much cheaper cost and seems to stop the sparks well enough. all i wanted was to stop burning holes in my pants and also not be hindered by the long welding coats, this apron does the job. the straps aren't very impressive and i found it easier to put it over my head without unbuckling, but once on there isn't an issue. also it's nice that it's not covered in useless pockets to get full of hot sparks and grinding dust. over all it's worth the low asking price.

Quality
I couldn't believe the quality of this apron for the price. I like that it only has the chest pocket which lies flat unless something is in it. Most competitors put pockets everywhere and, in my experience, they collect sparks and everything else I don't want in them. As others have said, the straps are a little confusing at first but, once adjusted properly, work just fine. The edge trimming is stitched perfectly and even the little holder that holds the crisscross of the straps in back is made of quality metal. The only plastic is the quick release buckle and I've had those on all sorts of other items and haven't had one fail yet.

Good size but...
This apron is a good size but it's not very pliable and feels like I'm wearing a cardboard apron ( very stiff ) which is why I deducted a star. I'm hoping that over time it becomes more pliable and not crack or tear before then. It's the only good shop apron in my size I could find that will stand up to welding splatter and such

Good item
Ordered it due to the size, fits well, adjusts easily.I did not find it to be too heavy on the shoulders. I used it in woods hoo so far, won’t be forging until the spring so cat speak to how it will withstand heat and slag.

Too thin
Yes it did fit. No it did not last long. When I first got it, my first thought after opening the package was that the material seemed too thin. At work I found out I was right. I am a welder. This item reached out and grabbed some steel and ripped like paper. I would suggest maybe a wood worker could use it. As long as you don't snag it on a nail or a sliver of wood.I do not suggest this should be bought for welding/fabrication jobs.
