The lock is very finnicky and doesn't lock very well but very comfortable*edit*After leaving this review I was contacted by the company and was very pleased with the replacement chairs they sent*2nd edit a month later*I was laying fully reclined in the chair with my laptop on my lap all of a sudden I hear a snap and I fall backwards and my laptop hit my face. I had to call my fiance in to help me get up because I was pinned against a wall. I weigh less than the maximum weight and I have never been rough with the chair.Looking at the chair after, one of the bars is completely bent and the mechanisms that stop the chair from reclining any further are broken somewhere on the inside because when I move the chair around I hear a rattling from inside.Buyer beware, it breaks easy.

I have owned antigravity chairs before for similar price. These are okay. I don’t feel like they open up and remain stable on their own - and I feel them sort of “settle” only once you are seated in them. The weight limit exceeds our heaviest family member by a good margin but I am just not sure how much I trust them - maybe it’s just bc they are so light? The knobs don’t really do much for me.They also came damaged which was frustrating, bc while these aren’t the most expensive of their kind - they’re still not cheap in price. We will keep them. I sure hope we get our money’s worth.I will say - many others said they didn’t come with the drink trays even though they were pictured, and ours did. That was a nice surprise considering everything else.

I wanted these chairs so bad and finally bought a pair. One of the chairs broke not even a month after purchase. Weight limit is 300 lbs my daughter is 130 sat in it and it collapsed. I contacted the seller just wanting a replacement and they said the could offer a 50% off refund. I just wanted a replacement but they said they did not have anymore in stock. Oct 31 a family member weighing 170 sat in the other chair and this time the chair broke from the arms. Can’t return the chairs, can’t be replaced and can’t get a refund. They are now garbage

I received my chairs yesterday and they are just ok. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the chairs, they seem a little rickety and though they are comfortable they are cheaply made. The little tray on the side is great, but detaches very easily (which stinks when you lose a drink or your phone gets dropped on the concrete). I also noticed when I sat on the chair, it felt like it was going to give and felt unsteady. The last issue I had with the chairs was that the little foot guard on the bottom of the chair kept falling off when I would lean back to recline. You get what you pay for for sure, I was just hoping for better quality. Hopefully they last a few years.

I bought these for an anniversary gift for my hubby and I, and then I bought some more expensive ones for my parents. So, I do love the addition of the drink holder. It stayed on tightly- I saw other reviews that said it was flimsy... I'm sorry they had troubles but we didn't. The thing about the price when you compare it to other chairs of the same type, I'll say you're missing out on stainless finish. The parts where there are welds, it has shown rust although we are careful to keep them out of the weather. Condensation is enough to add a little rust... And other than that, the other quality thing you're missing out on with the price is that the movement of the chair is just a little more janky and less smooth. A minor detail I'm not concerned with, I just noticed when I compared these chairs to the 'nicer' brand of chairs.

I shopped before I purchased. I chose these chairs for the price value. Online very similar products across a wide price range. I really have no way to compare . These are great. FOR THE MONEY
