Original Carlsbad Oblaten Chocolate Wafer, 1-Ounce Packages (Pack of 12)

I discovered these cookies at Marshall's and was amazed after looking at the item nutritional value how low in calorie they were. I am always looking for a low calorie snack with flavor. You can keep those 100 cal packs of mini this or mini that........TRY OBLATEN wafers.....They are available in this variety at Amazon and it is a great value.

tasted old and stale. I must have received an old package of this. they were all broken in pieces too.

I am not sure why, but we found the same treat out of the tin tasted a lot better. YMMV.

It's difficult to find this treat anywhere locally, so I was happy to have it delivered. It comes in cellophane packaged sixths, and some of the triangles were damaged. These could not be served at a party, but we didn't mind the crumbs. Great taste.

The day I found this oblaten in the grocery store was a brand new start of my pathetic life (on diet...). Only 60 cal per package (equals the cal of 1 piece Oreo cookie) allows me to eat slowly and freely without taking in too many calories. Thanks!

I had just purchased these cookies for a baby shower and opened them up yesterday to discover live larva in the cookies - top cookie had them on it. I've purchased these cookies several time at Marshalls because my brother is diabetic and he also loves them and I didn't understand how this could happen when it has an expiration date of 3/23/15. It was explained that sometimes unfortunately the flour might have contained the larva. Just a warning that if my box had larva - other boxes with that same date would also have it. Thought it best to let others know - they might have to do a recall.
