Usually a list of ingredients is pctured by Amazon, however, this time it isn't..........All I can tell you is to get it and if you do have a problem with anu of the ingredients, I dare say you can return it, although it's incredibly delicious, either by itself,spread with a little butter or, the way we were served it, with Birds Custard,for dessert at school lunch!!Mmmm!
