Arm & Hammer Charcoal White Toothpaste, Activated Charcoal Teeth Whitening Toothpaste with Baking Soda for Deep Clean & Stain Removal, 75 ml Tube

Minimum purchase is 3 pcs. But nowhere on the box says that this toothpaste is menthol flavoured. I specifically purchased this "powered by baking soda" toothpaste to avoid menthol (or any other) falvours. It's not a huge amount of money, but feeling cheated. Stating "Fresh breath" on the box, does not necessarily mean menthol. To Arm & Hammer: your products are usually good, but (at least in this case) - you should state on the box that this toothpaste has a flavour. People are making buying decisions based on what they see on the box. One start for this product for misleading.

Stains teeth. Used it correctly. After using it for over a year, I had to pay a dentist £135 to restore my teeth and remove black staining all over my teeth. I don’t drink coffee and only weak tea, he was puzzled as to all the black staining & when he saw the toothpaste I used he was like aha! He’s see. It before in a few other patients. He said whilst it isn’t unsafe as it is staining and teeth are healthy, that if I don’t want black & grey teeth to go back to a paste with no charcoal in. Sorry to say, but based on my experience this is a gimmick product, I have no idea how the reviews are as high as they are, honestly.

I bought 2 packs of this toothpaste and both packets came broken and damaged and one pack was totally open. Out of curiosity, I decided to check if the seal was there and NOPE! there was NO cover seal on the tube. This is unacceptable and most probably dangerous for human use. Products quality and safety is key for consumers and this one failed terribly in all aspects.

don’t know how well it works because i’ve only used it once but it knocked me sick after 1 use. tried using normal mint toothpaste and eating chewing gum after using it but nothing would get rid of the taste couldn’t get to sleep becuase of how bad it was

Very nasty smell, even makes the toothbrush smell, had to scrub the toothbrush as it was just stained with this unpleasant smell.

Noticed a terrible smell from the toothpaste perhaps the tubes are not being stored correctly? Also package discoloured. Usual brand so not what it normally smells like.
