THIS PRODUCT IS MISREPRESENTED.I entered gluten free tortellini and this is the first item that appears in the list.IT IS NOT GLUTEN FREE.Anyone with a gluten allergy is going to get very sick as a result of eating this.My faith in Amazon is shaken.

I'm a big fan of tortellini. Unfortunately, the convince and price of dried tortellini came at the cost of flavor... The only way to get a great tortellini was to get the more expensive wet ones that simply need to be reheated.And.... This is still the case. But unlike other offerings, this comes reasonably close in taste. It won't knock your socks off, but it actually tastes good. And considering the cost per serving and lack of additives it becomes a very appealing alternative to the wet packaged tortellini.If you where looking for a convenient food with good taste that won't break the budget, this is a good place to start.

Expected a tasty pasta and flavorful cheese. Neither was true. The pasta is very small and it doesn't get any larger as a result of cooking. I also didn't like that the box is not sealed even though the pasta is in a cellophane bag. Mine arrived with 2 of the boxes opened. I checked the inner wrapping carefully to make sure it was not broken. I wouldn't purchase again.

I normally use the refrigerated kind, but they have so many preservatives so I wanted to switch.These are pretty good, but a little salty, so keep that in mind when prepping your sauce.I'll keep looking, but these are my new default.

Beware this product is NOT gluten free. It comes up in the search for gluten free items but its regular wheat tortellini. I am just glad I read the boxes before cooking but now I own a product we can not eat.

I like keeping dried tortellini in my pantry, for those nights that I need something quick to feed the kids. With a little Ragu sauce or a package pesto mix, and some peas or broccoli on the side, it's a decent meal that's ready in 20 minutes.I bought these Tortellini because they came in a 16 ounce box. I hadn't tried the La Piana brand before, but I am pleased with it. The tortellini cook up al dente in 12-15 minutes, and the large box makes enough for everyone. I ordered the cheese filling but they also come in eggplant/zucchini, squash, and potato/pecorino fillings.With free SuperSaver shipping on orders over $25, this is a good buy. I will be ordering more.

Great product for the boat ... wish it had a little more cheese flavor. Must use some Parmesan on it to take it from good to great.
