Would not buy this again. Ordered one it didn't work right. Ordered a replacement, still didn't work so well. With my mother's passing things got away from me and I ended up paying for both tablets. Neither of which worked well.one would just black out in the middle of use and you couldn't do anything with it until the battery died. The second once glitches a lot.

Don't waste your time and money
Slow, very slow. In time it would go blank screen. Kick you off stuff. External storage doesn't work. Very disappointing.

This tablet is worthless. Granddaughter opened it on Christmas Eve. Three days later the android monster comes on and it locks up and won't do ANYTHING. What a piece of junk. Five days later, another one of these tablets I bought a different granddaughter, won't even turn on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. Since I have 12 grandchildren, I ordered them in August, and since the "1 month" policy says I can't return them, I'm out the money I paid for them, plus I have a 5 year old and 7 year old granddaughter that are very sad.

Purchased this for my 2 1/2 year old grand child an he loved it until it was time charge it (about a week later) and would not charge or turn on. He was so disapointed, came with great preloaded app for kids but they won't help a child who wants to learn if it won't turn on. Very disappointed with the product Amazon's resolution of the issue was flawless
