This is a great product from what I've researched.I didn't find myself feeling tired from taking it... nor energized...Perhaps a blood test would have shown its benefits.The carbonyl iron from what I've researched is the type of iron that is more easily absorbed and regulated by the body. Great product

The bottle had a broken seal but I stupidly took the vitamins anyway. It gave me a headache and I threw up 30 minutes later. Upon closer examination, the bottle was dirty and the label taped on. Someone has clearly tampered with these products.

A few days after I started taking this product (along with a couple other supplements) I noticed I was feeling more tired than before. I experimented some by taking different combinations of the supplements. After several tries, I noticed that it was the Carbonyl Iron that seemed to make me feel tired. Once, I eliminated it, I seemed to feel better.

Great product..Nice formulation. Very helpful to boost my energy. Though the outside cap was a little loose, the inside seal was intact and the container was clean with cotton and moisture absorbent inside that makes the quality of this excellent.

I purchased this product for my sister who was mildly anemic. My research showed that carbonyl iron is the best form of iron supplement. This product seems to be the best value on the market. My sister feels better now but she still didn't do a follow up blood work to see if the hemoglobin level is increasing.

A good combination of necessities for those who suffer from iron deficiency anemia. A very good value.
