There are people looking for signs of intelligent life in outer space! so it's not too far fetched to suppose that you happen to be looking for a clip which is the right size to store Dyson cordless vacuum accessories; after all I did.After a bit of obsessive experimentation I can confirm the this clip is the exact size for the tube whilst supporting the joint, also, as it's plastic, there is no risk of damage to the finish.

Good quality item.
Used the clips for folding table legs. Good quality and did the job l wanted but were a little pricey for two plastic clips.
