54.6V 1.5A Adapter 13S 48V Output XLR Male Connector for 48V 10Ah 12Ah 15Ah 20Ah Batteries Pack Charger

Bought a used uberscoot 1600 watt 48 volt scooter without a charger. I was able to charge the 4 12v batteries individually to make sure it worked but still wanted a charger. The factory charger is $60. This one looked similar with a similar plug so I decided to give it a shot for 1/3 the price and guess what it fit! However the light just stayed green so it wasn’t charging.First thing I did was check for output voltage, that was good at 54 volts. Next checked for battery voltage at the connector on the scooter. That was good but power and ground were on different poles from the connector. Took the charger connector apart and found the wires are just soldered you the poles. Desoldered the ground from the pole on the side and soldered it to the third pole on the bottom and boom have a charger for 1/3 the price. There’s only two wires actually connected to the poles the other is so you can’t put in in upside down. So before you deem it broken, check the connector positioning.

So glad to find what was needed at a reasonable price. My nephew has been working on my husband's electric trike. Unfortunately, my best friend died without leaving that necessary piece of equipment in plain sight. His man cave is filled to the brim!!! Anyway, it is charged, but not as yet driven. Works as advertised. No problems over the course of 60 to 80 charges. Takes between 4-6 hours to fully charge my 48v 10ah battery. No fan so it's quiet.

I bought this thing for my raleigh ebike, and it charged the battery quickly and reliably, all for 25% of the stock replacement.

Doesn’t have a charging indication so you don’t know if it’s charging or when it’s done

Idk what wrong with this things but they never seem to work! This is like my 3rd or 4th time getting a charger for my bike in it gos bad
