Total uneasy crap
It is a total crap! Was working only when I set it up and downloaded app...unbelievable how technology pisses you off and doesn't make your life easy .. but difficult....the face of bracelet is really rubbish too...not easy to operate and your good comonsense is hete uselless, as nothing make sense...Does not sync if you pray to it...I will be returning it and getting something normal

It is not scratch resistant
I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She has only had it for 1 week and the face is already scratched. She always wears it underneath her sleeve so I believe the screen is not the best quality. I am now looking at purchasing another one with a scratch resistant face as this was her favourite birthday gift, she was so upset when she noticed the scratches.

Reads a heart rate on a pillow!
Absolutely useless got it out to set it up for the first time and noticed my heart rate was much higher than normal. Tried it on a pillow to test it out and it showed a heart rate. See the video showing this. Totally unreliable will be returning this.
