Received this with Android 8.1, instead of 9.1 . Emailed the seller,and received a quick reply with an update. Great customer service!!!Great unit, extremely pleased with it. Installed it in my son's2007 Honda fit, with the back up camera provided. Boots up quick , sound quality is great, screen is responsive, Bluetooth and wifi work great. Can't believe all the features you get with this unit. Will definitely get another one for the wife's car.

Where do I start. I’ve had this head unit for about two months now and regret the purchase. If you want to install a head unit that falsely claims to have AM radio and that will crash on occasions, has hit (hit for prompt response time ) and miss (miss for useless information) customer support, and an Android system that will respond slow at times, then buy this unit.1. The seller Keleda states on the Amazon product page that this head unit has AM radio (mentions it 3 times). It does not. Even the Instruction manual that I got with the product states that you can program up 12 AM presets. You cannot. When I brought up the issue with Keleda’s customer support, they confirmed after a week and 3 responses that it does not have AM radio. When I complained, I was told to go pound sand.2. The FM radio works but I had a couple incidents where the radio crashed after I tried to switch over to an Android app. On one occasion, I literal had to pull over to the side of the freeway to turn off my vehicle because the crash caused the head unit to put out a loud static noise that I could not turn off.3. The head unit interface is dreadful. You may need to install a third-party interface from the Play Store like Agama Car Launcher, Car Launcher Pro, or Car Home Ultra to make interface more appealing and user friendly.4. The instructions for wiring the backup camera were a bit confusing. Took several attempts before I wired it correctly. And the wiring for the steering control radio buttons is not really explained in the instructions either. Took quite a few back and forth emails of getting nowhere with Keleda before I gave up. I finally ended up getting help from someone who had experience wiring head units.My biggest regret is that I spent a lot time and effort to install this head unit only to find out that it had no AM radio, that was the #1 reason why I bought it. Life events delayed the installation of the unit and thus prevented me from returning the unit before the Amazon return window closed. However, kudos to Amazon for allowing me to return the item anyway after I contacted them and explain the situation. The seller will also be contacted about correcting the product description to state the head unit does not have AM Radio. I will be replacing it soon with a true AM/FM radio as this one failed miserably to meet my one true expectation, listening to my favorite AM sports station. Given all of the unit’s shortcomings and a lack of customer support, if the darn thing would have had AM radio I would have given it 3 or even 4 stars, as I would have been pleased if slightly annoyed. Instead it only gets 1 star because giving it a blank or 0 stars was not available. You live and learn.

Looks good, sounds good but nothing else works. No phone number for tech support.If you want a radio find. But internet or navigation... forget it

First despite the poor review I am keeping the unit. (life interfered with returning it) There are ways around most of its shortcomings. Keleda support was top notch and responded quickly. Boot time of the unit is about 20 seconds. GPS fix in under a minute (quicker than some other units I used/installed). The radio was pretty powerful, did not experience much lag and the touch screen was responsive.1. The instruction manual does not reflect what the unit's capabilities are. So just throw it away (except for the last page) or you'll be totally disgusted. the instruction manual will go over things like how to change the wallpaper( which you cannot do )how to change the home screen (which you cannot do).2. at least on the radio I received, some of the wires from the factory were mislabeled make sure that you use the wiring guide in the back of the manual it's the only thing that's accurate.3. The image you see (clock, video player, bt icon, Google map, fm radio, music player, app drawer) is what you get. You cannot rearrange, add or remove widgets, icons ,or wallpaper despite the product listing, instructions and radio settings saying they can be changed . (verified by Keleda support)4. Do not update system apps from the play store, or unit will not function, and you will need to factory reset.5. Ensure to change the time and radio manually from China, to your timezone or you will have a difficult time. Once you change it manually, the automatic time can be enabled and will work properly .6. The WiFi range is about 20 feet. Consider using your phone as a hotspot.7. To set the radio you must long press the station until it appears in one of the memory slots. Then you must long press it again to save it. You will get a confirmation message. this is not discussed in the instruction manual. And support was not aware either.8. You can (and should) change the launcher (search play store for car launcher) which will fix most of the shortcomings of the background, and the apps that you can choose to use. The factory launcher is still not as good other units I have installed or owned.9. I have not tried to add the supplied back up camera, I used the one that I previously installed. The clarity is not as nice as the previous camera.10. I miss the volume knob of my previous unit. You may want to consider a unit with a volume knob.

this radio has worked nothing but great for the past 5 months no complaints it has served its function well and the back up camera is excellent! Definetly recommend!

Id give 1 starbdue to customer service. Bought this touch screen, hate it. Cant turn down volume easily, skips stations for no reason! Wiring diagram is vague. Upon contacting the customer service email its been 2 week and havent herd a single word. Ive installed 5 radios after this one and told them to stay clear. The navigation is a joke. Everything about this radio/company is bad! Ive gotten the rear view camera to finally work, had to use another manufacturer wiring diagram tho. And the camera quality is that of a nokia 9700 cell phone. Poor. Will not recommend!
