Reading this book made me feel more confident in commercial real estate investing! Peter explains things in a simple manner that is easy to understand, I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to get started in the world of commercial real estate investing!

The book itself is very good but you cant download it on kindle unless you have kindle unlimited which seems dumb to me. Im thinking of selling some single family rentals and buying an apartment building like Peter Harris did. Id have paid 2 or 3 dollars to download it.

There’s a ton of books out there similar to this one, and little differentiates this one. I tend to look for books that cover the challenges as well as the opportunities in balance - and this one is on the too positive side. A basic introduction.

Commercial Real Estate for Beginners is an incredibly valuable book by Peter Harris and brings his experience in real estate investing in a great, direct, and easy to understand way. His books and his videos are tremendously insightful and I highly recommend reading this book and watching his videos!

Not very impressive. The general feel of the book is that it's published purely to serve as a lead magnet and fit people into a sales funnel that's filled with mentorship services.

I ordered this book because I work in this area (real estate) from years.Sincerely I didn’t like it.I read other similars in the past, more complete, for example “...for dummies” and sure I can afirm that this is completely basic, not so útil and sorry but I felt disappointed and not agree with different points of mi own job.The book is good written but I didn’t like the concepts
