Beader's Guide: Peyote Stitch: Fresh projects to perfect your skills Paperback – October 10, 2019

I am always on the lookout for beading books that have high quality instructions, great graphic designs and highly detailed pictures. This book came through in every way for me. I have enjoyed just reading it for right now, but soon I will be getting down to the real nitty gritty of beading and this book will be one of my “go to” instructional guides.

This is a great book for your library, great instructions. Easy to follow. You’ll enjoy it too.

This is a good book to help you learn and hone your peyote stitch. It is a widely used stitch, that is good to know.

There is a brief introduction of materials needed and basic techniques like knitting and then the book describes peyote stitch and it’s variations. Each variation is described in detail and has a bead diagram showing the thread path and a list of the beads needed to practice the technique. The second half of the book uses the learnt techniques in projects and again there is written instructions, beading diagrams and a list of requirements for each . This is a good book for beginners and the more advanced beader as the projects and techniques start with the simple and build up to the really advanced.

I love this book, has given me good ideas to take my beading further.
