6" Drill Press Vise, Black

You get what you pay for. If you just need a larger drill press vise that will work in a pinch, this will do that just fine. It's definitely got slop, but seems reasonably sturdy and does what I need it to do when things won't fit it my smaller, nicer 4 inch drill press vise.

Sturdy vice. Shipped in factory box that was half ripped open. Should have done my research better. Doesn’t come close to be able to be affixed to my bench top drill press. Not a universal fit.

It took me a few times to get the handle to stay in place, so I could open and close it.The handle seems cheap, needs a better lock screw.

Its as good as any of the other brands . Do Not be afraid to order it because other brands are more money. They are no better quality if they are Chinese made.

I was a little wary ordering this because of the low price. But I though if nothing else I could use it for weight when gluing up stuff. Pleasantly surprised when I received the product 2 days after ordering it even though I used the Snail Mail method of shipping. Lifting the box my first thought before even opening what a hunk of steel. I extremely satisfied with the product. Bolted right up to my Craftsman 15" Drill Press and operates very smoothly. I highly recommend this vise and would like to see if there is a smaller Big Rock that would fit on my Ryobi Toy Drill Press.

was defective when i got it, needed it immediately. i was able to modify it to work. now i am very happy with it

HEAVY DUTY, STURDY

ordered this by mistake.. that stupid one touch purchase on a touch screen tablet, scroll the screen and you've bought it, didnt even know i had bought it. certainly wouldn't have bought it otherwise. It's far from smooth operating. and doesn't open to 6".. 5" i think.to expensive postage back.. so kept it. looking for a better one now.
