The Product is Easy to Use and Easy to Handle. The Product is Highly Durable. Made In China. Review: No problem cutting wire - No problem Review: as advertised cable cutter kit - I was uncertain of this seller after reading feedback that others had not received components of this kit. I contacted the seller requesting clarification on what was included, and they confirmed the item is as pictured direct from factory. I placed my order, and the kit came appearing brand new with all pieces as described and delivered a day sooner than expected. As for the tool itself, my company has several and I purchased this one for personal use. Fantastic wire cutting tool as long as it's not abused. Some aluminum cables have a piece of steel cable running down the center for strength in arial applications which should never be cut through. This will damage the cutting jaws. It is an amazing tool for only 12v. ## Features - M12 600 Mcm Cable Cutter Kit - The product is easy to use and easy to handle - The product is highly durable ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00988LU18 | | Battery Cell Composition | Lithium Ion | | Battery Type | Lithium Ion | | Best Sellers Rank | #228,979 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #315 in Wire Cutters | | Brand | Milwaukee | | Brand Name | Milwaukee | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 129 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00045242277339 | | Included Components | Wire Cutter | | Item Type Name | Milwaukee Electric - M12 600 MCM CORDLESS CABLE CUTTER KIT LED LIGHT | | Item Weight | 4 kg | | Manufacturer | Builders World Wholesale Distribution | | Manufacturer Part Number | 2472-21XC | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Tool warranty : 5 Years | | Model Number | 2472-21XC | | Number of Batteries | 1 Lithium Ion batteries required. | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Power Source | Cordless | | Set Name | M12 600 MCM Cable Cutter Kit | | UPC | 045242277339 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Voltage | 12 volts | ## Product Details - **Battery Cell Composition:** Lithium Ion - **Brand:** Milwaukee - **Item Weight:** 4 kg - **Number of Batteries:** 1 Lithium Ion batteries required. - **Voltage:** 12 volts ## Images ![2472-21XC M12 600 MCM Cable Cutter Kit - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/613MVWdr0UL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does this product comes with a charger and a hard case??** A: Mine did **Q: Can i use it to cut ser or seu cables?** A: I bought this for my son, so I checked with him. He said it would cut these cables if there isn't a steel strand in them. I hope this helps. My son is an electrician and he finds this tool works very well. **Q: Will these cut 3/8" 7x9 Galvanized aircraft cable?** A: Not sure, haven’t tried. If the cable is made of steel I would say no. There is a warning on the cutting blades that states “do not cut steel.” If made of aluminum, I would say yes. Cuts 600 MCM aluminum EC Wire fine and that is much thicker. **Q: can I cut stainless steel cable 1/8" or 3/16" thick 1x19?** A: No ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No problem cutting wire *by D***R on January 12, 2024* No problem ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as advertised cable cutter kit *by B***L on January 4, 2023* I was uncertain of this seller after reading feedback that others had not received components of this kit.
