This device is well designed but was either misconfigured at the factory or beaten up in shipping, even though it comes in a hardshell plastic case.Shipped in only a pouch envelope around the case, there is no external packaging to soften the impact of it being dropped during shipping, and the "padding" inside the case is only to keep the gauge from shifting around -- there is no cushioning for the case if dropped. This item will likely not survive long distance shipping, so I returned for a refund.
