Case is clear and sturdy-yet-pliable plastic, which is cool. BUT that squishiness also means the case is not very waterr-resistant at all and when I took off back cover to tamp off a little rainwater that had gotten inside the back side, I also tried to pry off front screen and it cracked...screen protector is brittle!

So far, I haven't had any issue. I dropped a couple of time at the parking lot. It was fine...

fingerprint reader doesn't work.

I cracked the corner of my month-old S10 which I bought as a replacement for my S8, which I also cracked. So I'm pretty hard on phones (especially since my S6 Edge was completely shattered) So I was looking for a replacement screen protector for my new S10. I wanted one that works with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and the only one that's available that works is the overrated Whitestone Dome. I'm not spending $50 for that, so after searching for about 5 days for a screen protector that works with the sensor, is tempered glass, and isnt 50 freaking dollars I finally came across the VVUP case AND screen protector. I read the review for the S10 Plus and it said that the fingerprint sensor works. It's $12 for a case and screen protector that may or may not work with the sensor. I bought it and got it today. I installed it right away.I've included pictures. It sends you to a YouTube video on how to install the screen protector. You can watch it but theres nothing special. Just search for VVUP VVUP screen protector and it comes up. It's about 4 minutes long. I did everything as it asked and I still had trouble registering a new fingerprint with the new protector. I didnt give up. It took about 5 tries but I got it to register a new fingerprint. I tested it over and over again and it's much faster at reading the fingerprint than the screen protector that came on the S10. And you can kind of see the circle in the protector where the sensor is (included in pictures) but for $12 I dont mind it. Hell, even $25 i wouldnt mind it.Overall, it works with the sensor even though it may take a few tries. I kept pressing down around the circle to maybe make it stick more to the screen to see if that would help, not sure if it helped but the sensor works perfectly. Also the case feels very nice in hand, the cutouts are perfect, and the buttons are responsive. I also wanted a case that covers the sides of the phone along the vertical length since that's how I tend to break the screens is the phone lands on the side and cracks. This case covers the sides without interfering with the screen. It also has a lip that raises the phone up off the counter and further protects the screen. Included are pictures of me unlocking my phone with my fingerprint registered and while registering the fingerprint.
