We thought it was great when we first got this watch. Battery life pretty good, speaker and microphone work great and easily heard. But now it stopped working, just over a month of use.

3 Hours at T-Mobile and then the SIM card door broke 11 days after "My Return Window Closed". Now apparently I'm stuck with my child's broken birthday present as a new wristwatch.

Will not make calls even with SIM card. Instructions lack clarity. Not user friendly, especially for a child.

I bought the watch for my 10y son. This watch has music you get from your phone, it adds a touch of fun with games and it's perfect to call the parents in a emergency. My son really likes it very much. Also, the color is his favorite color.

The watch is very good, my child likes it very much, and the logistics is very fast.
