Fits Nutone QT-100
Fits Nutone QT-100 well. Just have to play with fan wheel to avoid scrapping. Very quiet but am doubting it’s truly 1,500 rpm but no way to check. We’ll see about durability but so far so good.

Doesn't fit all fan impellers
There are two things you should know before you buy:1) If you own an older fan, the diameter of the motor shaft is slightly different than that of the fan you own. As a result, the plastic impeller that actually moves the air will seem to fit, but it will not fit properly--the shaft will turn merrily without actually turning the impeller. ...Oops.... --I tried inserting a shim to make it turn, and it kinda works, but it's not well balanced an makes a lot of noise as a result. I'll be purchasing a new impeller as a result. You may want to save yourself a little trouble and just go ahead and buy the fan-plus-impeller set that they sell.2) There is a cut-off switch in this motor that turns it off if it over-heats. That's a good thing, but it comes as a bit of a surprise if the fan suddenly stops working after being on for 20 minutes or so. (--It'll come back on once the motor cools down.)Live and learn!

It may look different than image posted
I was very confused when I got the motor & it didn't look like the picture. It had what looked like a film canister attached to the wiring & plug in. I was worried that it was the wrong motor b/c it said if the fan was older than 1994, I'd need to order the whole assembly. But after I asked my handy man, he said it was the correct item & actually a better than what was pictured. So, we put it in our original ventilator (QT-110N-B) & installed it in the bathroom fan. Remember to keep the screws from the one you're replacing. Runs very quietly. Haven't put it to use yet, but since old motor has been broke for a while, hoping for the best!

Caution
My blower motor was made in Mexico and the fan was pressed on (Not made to be disassembled) Check the clip holding the fan on. I had to order the motor and fan as one unit. Nutone 0696000 for QT100

NOT OEM Part
Worked well, but shaft is slightly smaller than OEM. Price was OK, but I wish sellers would be honest and show a picture of the actual part you are going to get, not a picture of the original equipment. Just say it is compatible with my part number instead of pretending it IS the part number.

Making funny noise in motor after installing it - no spring clip included!
Please be aware that the spring clip that holds the rotating fan cage on the rod of the motor is not included. You cannot re-use the old spring clip, they simply fall apart. When you go to home depot and ask for a rod spring clip in the screw aisle, they look at you like you are from mars! Took forever to find a clip and now that it is all assembled, the motor makes a funny noise like a thumpity thumpity when it starts up. We will see how long this one lasts, I do not have much hope for it. I will report back as soon as it quits, save the box in case you have to return it.

Nutone QT110N-B exhaust fan motor replacement
20+ year old bathroom fan starting sounding odd & running erratically. Upon quick inspection - no obstructions found but motor was too hot to touch! Searched all the parts - "motor + blower kits" cost just as much as a whole new fan! Picture for this motor showed exact same data label. #1 - original motor. #2 - replacement motor. #3 - side by side w/ new motor installed. Note: old - 1400 rpm, 0.8A, =~90W. new - added capacitor, 1490 rpm, 0.3A, =~35W. Rec'd & installed on 8-16-20. I struggled to wiggle the blower off the old shaft but it slid up & down easily on the new shaft. Installed in ceiling and it sounded like a cement mixer! Added a ~3/4" length of outdoor extension cord insulation over shaft between motor & blower to stop up & down movement. As an added measure, slid in a ~1/16' strip of milk jug plastic on flat side of shaft. For a decade I was used to hearing the low pitched drone of this fan. Now it makes a notably different & quieter swishing sound. Works great. Very pleased & hope it lasts another 20 years!
