Veritas Glass Lapping Plate

This is a well made plate eminently suitable for the purpose I bought it for, sharpening tools.A bit larger than I expected but that’s my problem as I work still in imperial measurements.Super quality

I use this with some loose grit silicon carbide abrasive to flatten and condition my sharpening stones, it works absolutely great.

Spot on flat plate, which I use to level tool surfaces.
