Bad design! *by J***C on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2020* Take a close look at the design of these bits and you will see that the two cutters are @ such a steep angle that it will score the perimeter and center, but will not cut out the middle, because it's not making contact with anything that can cut it. Please take a close look at the pics to get a better understanding of what I mean. This 1/2 hole was drilled in some scrap oak and I couldn't go any further than what you see. The odd thing about this is, they are the sharpest brad point bits I have ever come across and the hss is excellent. That's why I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't cut. This problem is the most notable with the 3 largest bits. You have to apply more force than necessary to even go through 1/2 plywood. The bits are quality the design is very flawed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great drills for flat bottom holes. *by D***B on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2019* Product arrived in great shape. I needed these to use pocket screws when creating butt joints where the Kreg jig was not the correct tool for that particular joint. I used my drill press, set the depth gauge and was done in minutes.
