I’ve read the other reviews and realized that the negative reviews were comparing this product (gentle skin cleanser) to Cetaphil Facial cleanser. Cetaphil makes both a gentle skin cleanser and a facial cleanser but they are different products. This product is exactly like the gentle skin cleanser, which is made for people who are sensitive to soaps and chemicals. For that purpose, this product is excellent. I would not expect it to be anything like the facial cleanser.

Lightly scented, didn't foam up like the clear version but overall nice soft fragrance and does the job!

I have been using Cetaphil for over a decade. I swear by it. So when I saw this product I was like, "If it doesn't work I will ask for refund"..... As in the past generics for Cetaphil burn my sensitive skin.*****LADIES AND GENTS****** This one DOES NOT!!GREAT PRICEGREAT PRODUCTI AM SO HAPPY!! AND MY SKIN IS TOO!!

I am very disappointed---I waited longer than usual for this product to be delivered.....When I opened the box the product came in, the cap was loose and the product leaked all over the inside of the box. Since there was no plastic around the cap to ensure the cap was not tampered with our previously opened, it left me filled with doubt about the product itself. Was it tampered with? did someone else open it and return it? I am concerned enough that I may not even use this product--however, its also not worth the effort it would take to return it. I use a similar product regularly and thought I would try this one --but am so very disappointed.

Amazon Brand - Solimo Gentle Skin Cleanser, All Skin Types, Fragrance Free. I really like this cleanser. It is fragrance free which is really nice and does not dry out my hands. I have only been able to buy one bottle because it is out of stock on Amazon. I hope they will bring it back. It is very similar to Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser but much less expensive (does not lather).

Purchased for the 2nd time so I think that speaks for itself. This is a no frills, non-lathering facial cleanser that does the job. As a woman of 60, my skin needs gentle cleansing. This Amazon brand removes make up well and leaves skin moisturized. And it’s cheap! Try it. What do you have to lose?

Great value/size for the price. Packaged nicely and arrived safely. It does not lather or foam up with water. No fragrance or smell. It removes makeup thoroughly with no residue or film left behind. I have very sensitive skin and it has not caused any irritation or breakouts. It is very gentle and not drying at all.
