Castle Foods Taco Seasoning Mix, 1 LB 8OZ

I almost didn't buy this because I don't have room for such large spice/seasoning containers though what I read about it was compelling enough that I gave it a try. I am so glad that I did! I've only used this once though it was spectacular and definitely my favorite of the many taco seasonings I've tried. I am a bit concerned about whether it will cake as there seems to already be a bit of clumping--though, so far--I'm calling this a winner! I used it to make a tamale pie and rather than mess with more than six spices needed for the recipe, I used just this and some garlic and it was great.

Not impressed It’s very salty By the time you get enough of that good taco flavor You spooned way too much in and your dish has become way too salty. And this is coming from someone who likes salt on things. You could use this as a base and add extra flavors yourself gave it 2stars because it is usable as a base You just have to ramp up the flavor with your own seasonings.

Wow, this is so good, flavor wise you want to eat it like a treat. Great taste, consistency and value. Not a major name & that is a good thing in this item Can not wait to actually use it as directed and stop eating it from the container. It really is that good!

I feel like I have to add a lot of this in order to get it to change the flavor. I’d rather have a smaller packet with stronger flavor.

I really like the flavor. It doesn't seem to have a lot of filler so it doesn't take as much to get lots of flavor for tacos or soups or chili. It doesnt have cumin so I add that, but even on it's own it is delicious.

It doesn’t taste all that great. I normally buy a different brand but we aren’t going out with this virus going around so ordered this one. I won’t do that again

Lil salty and you gotta add allot but it's nice having a big can of taco seasoning near by when you need it

Yum yum yum. Perfect and you don't add water.
