Rozin Multifunction Toilet Paper Holder with Storage Holder Function Oil Rubbed Bronze

I’ve installed/uninstalled my share of toilet paper holders over the years and this one by far is the worst on both accounts. Due to its design the installation is awkward and annoying. The right screw is in such a weird spot that even without the arm it’s tough to use a traditional screwdriver. And I don’t even know what to say about the left side installation except that it was so annoying to uninstall that I just ripped the entire thing out of the wall, reasoning it would be far less annoying to patch and paint than struggle with the weirdly placed bottom screw.As far as appearance goes I initially thought that the holder looked nice out of the box but I soon discovered that was not the case. No matter what I did the holder looked crooked. This was mainly because I could never get it to sit flush against the wall. If that wasn’t annoying enough, it also rattled every time you took a square of toilet paper. I wish I’d saved myself the aggravation, listened to the other reviewers, and went with a different holder.

I like the photo and love the idea. However, the engineering is not designed for Sheetrock. The anchors are to close and can not support the weight and use of toilet paper. The toilet paper holder eventually rips the anchors from the Sheetrock causing the whole device to fall from the wall. The holding bar for the paper is attached with two little screws. They come lose all the time and must be retightened. However they are easy to strip and are not easy to tighten. The holder is also not designed to hold large rolls of toilet paper. I have three of these and will be replacing them soon. Great idea, heavy metal, nice finish. poor execution.

Very nice. The only spot to put the toilet paper dispenser is on the side of the bathroom vanity. However this sometimes results in water getting on the toilet paper from the sink (I have 3 little people). This keeps the toilet paper dry.I know the image on Amazon shows a cell phone up there, but that's not why I got it. I'm not so attached to my phone that I can't use the bathroom without it.

This did not stay. It started to sag forward after a month due to the weight. It wasn’t in a place that it could be installed into a stud. My husband put anchors in but it still started to lean forward :/ we can’t return now.

Poor quality. Rattles when the toilet paper is pulled because the piece that the phone would sit on is separate and does not fit snug. The product also does not secure well to the wall and became loose. I would have returned it but I waited too long.

The idea is great but the execution is lacking. This unit attaches to the wall with screws only on one side, meaning the tray side has no support and moves, eventually making the entire unit wobble and come loose from the wall. Definitely needs support on the tray side, which could be as simple as a small L bracket so another screw can go into the wall. I don't recommend this item.

This was a great concept, but where the metal top plate isn't actually connected to the mount in any way, it rattles. So after mounted to the wall the plate just kind of sits there and then when you pull the toilet paper roll, the vibration causes the plate to rattle. We are thinking about just setting it in some caulk to prevent the movement. Otherwise seems sturdy and nice color.

The holder is sturdy and well packaged. However, there are absolutely no instructions. Do yourself a favor and take the small, rectangular gold piece OUT of the holder as it is packaged. Now you should be able to install it from there.
