Wouldn't buy again. Not worth it.
I bought this to train my puppy. He is a shiba inu, he has a tiny neck so i was trying to find something that the collar and receiver was small and not cumbersome on his neck or awkward in weight. It was great size, but this product is weak! I put it on its highest setting and it didn't even phase him in the slightest. I tried it on my self just to see how intense it was, its like a slight tingle. Its annoying and irritating trying to use the remote to switch between channels from beep to shock. The buttons are barely marked so you'd have to look every time to make sure you are on the right setting. I also thought that being made for a small dog as which it was stated that the collar would be more made for a small dog also. It wasn't, its just a normal collar you cut to size. I wish i would have bought a different one instead.

NOT for XXS dogs
All the e-collars I see are for big dogs. So I did a search specifically for XXS dogs. This came up. Then when received it they say not to use on dogs under 15 lbs. UMMMMM WHAT? So a complete waste of time and money.

Actually fits smaller breeds
This is the second collar I have ordered. The first one was advertised to fit “small” breeds and had great reviews, but was way too big. This collar was still a little large, but using the smallest holes, it did fit my 6.5 pound mini-dachshund. If the controls were just a little more user friendly, I would have given 5 stars. It takes some trial and error and lots of reference to the manual to get acclimated to the settings.

Not for a small dog
The collar provided is 2.5 feet long whim needs to be trimmed but the electric portion is quite large. Box should say 1 size fits all. Really not great for a small dog

This is NOT any smaller than other collars.By description it sounds as tho it is made for xtra small dogs.It's exactly the same size as standard collar.It makes my Yorkie's neck red. Prongs are too big ( even the smallest ones.)

Good training tool.
Great trainer for our dog, she is a smart dachshund, barks and gets bossy. Now just the sound she stops. She got shocked only 3 times ever.We bought a second one for the other barker, training her now.Be consistent, if you can't be consistent and follow though with training don't bother.

Didn’t last!
Put on my tiny dog only to go out for potty time and it didn’t last a month! Won’t charge and quit working, actually fell apart and had to use electric tape to hold it together! I only brought it because it specified for small dogs , but it is very cheap! Do not buy this

Better for medium dog
It is advertised for small dogs but it is just as big as the others. It was still to big for my pom. Also the controls for the remote kind of are hit accidentally because of the locations. Not very happy with it. I sent it back. I gave it a 2 stars because was good
