Writing a review after 2+ months usage, primary reason for waiting to review it was I expected to stop working in a few days like the some of the reviewers of the other similar chinese products said. But no, this has been working super solid for 2+ months and continues to do so.We are a family of 4 and we charge it once a week it has never run out of charge yet. My mother absolutely loves it, she says it makes her life easy, previously she would have to wait for me or get someone to install the bottle in the upside down dispenser. When guests see it they love it and ask me all the details. I know 2 of my relatives who have already bought it after my recommendation.

Fact is no simple and budget friendly water dispenser works or has been invented. This product is no exception. I bought it after seeing the good reviews but after the return window the dispenser simply makes noises and if a little water emerges it leaks all over the kitchen floor.The outlet pipe doesn't fit properly and the inlet pipe is not well designed. Some buyers vouch for it I guess because they got lucky. The price at 999 is too high for such a flimsy and useless product.

The media could not be loaded.  This might be my first review of any product in amazon. But I choose to write because I liked this model and brand after returning 2 other water pumps of different brands.I had to return those 2 items because one became a headache within a 2 days as it was starting on its own and buttons were not working on the 2nd day apart from it emptied itself an entire can of water in the middle of night on to the floor. Second one, though double the cost of the first one, the charging port was not working and it refused to get charged. This was a similar model to the one i am reviewing here, but the build quality the 2nd product i bought was no way closer to the one i am reviewing here.First to notice after the 2 failed ones is the build quality of the item. By look it was good with better quality plastics and design. second was it was having 3 buttons ( one actual physical button and 2 feather touch buttons ) for different type of operations. The motor pump was quick and flow was faster compared to other models. I never tested for the battery backup but so far it has been good.I reduced one star, reason being the print on the product lasted only one week. It started getting smudged and the feather button labeling is gone and so the brand's logo. Else the product is worth to buy, but as i said its almost the double of the 2nd model i had. But for quality, this one is good. I have been using this product for the last one month. Will update after some period.

This is a fantastic product. A perfect answer to dispense water easily. It was such a problem upturning the huge bottle over the water dispenser and also damaged it. Moreover water used to spill but this gadget has made it so simple and easy to manage the water from the bottle. Only I am using it directly on the bottle and not through the cap as suggested but it fits perfectly without the cap of the bottle too. Thanks for this neat gadget . We can extract water easily now without spillage.

I have been using this for 3 months now and works perfectly. The usb cable is low quality but product works really well. Go for it!

Bought this product 2 months ago for my elderly mom hoping it wud b easy to handle water can issue.. (But my mother didnt inform me tat she was having a hard time with tis product otherwise I wud have returned it immediately) Later wen I enquired her about it hoping she wud b very happy had a great disappointment.. she said Within 3 days the red button was not working properly.. if pressed it doesnt stay inside (ON), the moment we take our hand off, t button also comes out n water stops.. So no ON - OFF functionality.. 2 get water u have to keep on pressing it which is very tough for older person and after 10 more days now the red button once pressed gets struct inside n doesnt come out (off) wen job is finished which results in overflowing for long time and mopping work thereafter.. 2 yeras back I ordered one which was very good based on that thought I gifted this 2 my mom but now got to know that the quality of it is not like before.. Beautiful technology but worst and substandard parts which makes the technology just waste.. All bcos the of the bad quality button system In total the product doesnt do its job, rather than helping the elderly its increases the troubles..Verdict : Can dispense 1 glass of water oly but if u try to fill a jar then ul end up mopping the whole place..

funcionó bien por 3 meses y luego dejó de hacerlo. el contacto del botón on-off no funciona mientras la bomba continua haciéndolo. Amazon.com.mx no acepta devolucones despues de treinta días. Simplemente te deja con un producto de mala calidad por el que honestamente pagas y después, cuando el producto deja de funcionar, no te lo recibe, ni te lo reemplaza. Frustrante!

The charger does not fit well into the dispenser - the portal seems to have been squeezed out of shape, perhaps in manufacture. Pumps well though.

I got this for the little sink in my homemade camper van. Works great! I took the tube in to Home Depot and got a longer and sturdier version so that it would reach from the counter top, through the faucet hole, down under the sink to the 5 gallon water jug I have there. Works perfectly. I just set it on the sink when parked, and actually put it in the sink when driving to keep it from falling/sliding around. The tube I used is long enough that I don't need to detach it to do this. I can even pick up this faucet and use it to wash my hair in the sink! Great value and good little faucet. Highly recommend.

Super easy to install. It keeps the charge for a long while, months at a time. Bought one for my house and one for work. Everyone at Work loves it.

The original product that was delivered did not work - even after charging over 24 hours. It was replaced and I like the product. When the button is pressed for water, the dispenser makes some noise, but it is not disturbingly loud. It was easy to set up and use.
